Templemore Athletic Track...Centrally located geographically Templemore is an ideal location for competition or as a club. The town is serviced regularly by train (Dublin-Cork Line) and is within 10 miles of both the M7 & M8 (Motorways)

  • Monday - Thursday    09.30 - 12.00

  • Monday - Friday        17.30 - 21.00

  • Saturday                  10.00 - 16.00

  • Sunday                    10.00 - 13.00


Upcoming Events


Senior Training....Friday nights from 6.30pm will include a mix of Drills/Speed/Hurdles/High Jump.      Sun morning from 10.30am will be a mix of Flexibility/Drills/long Jump/Shot

Summer Evenings....they are on the way. Senior Athletes: Are you thinking of making a return to athletics, why not come over and join us for a few training sessions, you will be made feel very welcome and it goes without saying your level will be catered for. If your interests are not initially for individual events, there are a number of upcoming team and relay competitions. Our facilities are also available for use by clubs and individuals. All are welcome, just go to the track any evening @ 7pm or contact Joe Barry @ 087 76 90 145

New York Marathon...Congratulations to Templemore athlete Mick Delahunty on completing the marathon in a very good time of  03.13...click for results enter athlete no. as 10201 for split times etc.

Road Relays...click for results..Templemore A.C was represented at this event by James Maher who ran the mile in 5.03 for W.I.T and Joe Barry who ran the mile in 5.32 for C.I.T

Nenagh Indoor Track...The only fully equipped Indoor running track in the South...

AAI Games...We had two athletes competing in Castleisland at the weekend

Stephen o' Riordan: High jump: 1st

Joe Barry: 110m Hurdles: 3rd in a new PB of 17.58

National Relays...This event was run in conjunction with the AAI Games, the above athletes between them won four gold (2 x High Jump, 2 x Triple Jump) & two silver medals in the 2 x long Jump. The result was reached by taking both athletes distances or heights and adding them together.

Munster Track & Field 2010...This years event was held in Castleisland (Co.Kerry) below is our star athlete of the meet, Sarah Ryan who convincingly won the girls U 15 2km walk. Congratulations also to Aoife Delargy who just missed out on the podium in the u 14 800m...Tipp results...Full results

Munster Track & Field 2010...The third and final weekend of the juvenile T & F was held in C.I.T on Sat/Sun the 19th & 20th June. Templemore claimed another title this weekend in the boys u17 shot putt..congratulations to Sean Kelly...Tipp results
